Thanks!Where can I find a power steering fluid cap for a 1988 Toyota pickup?order one through a parts store or find one in the junkyard.Where can I find a power steering fluid cap for a 1988 Toyota pickup? That is a proprietary part. You need to either go the junkyard route or dealerships. I can't imagine such thing costing all that much. You might just call the part department at one of your local dealership to inquire.

The hydraulic fluid in the power steering fluid absorb moisture quickly and degrade. If you lost the cap, you need to keep it covered as well as you can to slow this process.Where can I find a power steering fluid cap for a 1988 Toyota pickup?I agree with the first answer. I work at Autozone and I will tell you this much. Unfortunatley, there is no way for us to locate the reservoir on your truck.

BUT, it did say this much. The pump itself is going to be located next to the idler pulley. There will be two lines going to it : one is the pressure line and the other is the return line. From the way the computer described, you may have to follow the return line to where to reservoir is sitting, if it has one.

I also tried looking in Haynes and Chilton manuals and it didn't say anything. With that being said, dealership would probably be your best bet to call and ask. Good luck.Where can I find a power steering fluid cap for a 1988 Toyota pickup?
