you might find one at a good junk yard,,they usually keep a few around,,i know i have found some at our local junk yard,for some of my customers,,i own a repair shop,,and it seems people loose there manuals a lot these days,,and there really handy to keep around,,they tell you a lot about your vehicle,,good luck finding one,,i hope this help,s.
With that age, someone could have tossed it. You can check with toyota directly or check on amazon or such.
