What motor oil is the best for my 1983 Toyota Corolla SR5 engine?

my 1983 Toyota Corolla SR5 is old, but it can still run like new.

the engine has 131,100 mileage on it, but which motor oil seems the best for this kind of engine?

perhaps you should add some Lucas oil treatment or just keep up with the basic work for the motor. (keep and eye on the spark plugs and cables, look for leaks, etc) I heard Z max is pretty good too..What motor oil is the best for my 1983 Toyota Corolla SR5 engine?
