Can you add oem navigation to a 2005 toyota avalon that was built without it?

looking to add the factory toyota navigation to my car. It did not come equipped with nav from the factory. It is a 2005 toyota avalon. Can you add oem navigation to a 2005 toyota avalon that was built without it?Yes but it will be cost prohibitive. Can you add oem navigation to a 2005 toyota avalon that was built without it?You can, but it is very impractical because OEM Nav is seriously overpriced. With all the competition from phones and the like that include GPS, you can get a very good portable GPS for under $200. You could carry it in your pocket when you get out of the car, for goodness sake. When it comes time for map upgrades, the OEM will need to be upgraded at the dealer, and you will pay through the nose, not counting the map's price. Portable GPS can be upgraded by the user, though the maps still can be pricey. You get what I'm trying to say, but if you insist on getting the OEM Nav, you should know the disadvantage. Can you add oem navigation to a 2005 toyota avalon that was built without it?I agree Garmin GPS, some come equipped with manufacturer case and all cables is the most cost effective choice and soon we will be buying new Toyota (have bought 5 from brand new) and why pay more when another great feature about portability in case is your add enter address at your computer or in your home when you go about planning your next day if there happens to be a new location on your itinery.

Hope the Above Info Helps!
