ALL vehicles have recalls and service problems no matter what manufacturer. Toyota finally got its due from avoiding those rules over the years. Notice the US automakers had lots of recalls when Toyota (seemingly) had none. Now the playing field is being leveled. But, I like Toyota as much as ever and would compare their cars (made in the USA!) to any other car for future purchase. I also have gotten good service from Hyundai vehicles. In my opinion, ALL modern vehicles are very good compared to 35 year old carbureted vehicles that had no safety and emissions equipment to speak of.What do you think of your toyota before the problems they had with their new cars?I have never owned one because I learned how crappy they are while working on them. Toyota's recalls began with the 1965 Toyota Corona and nearly ever model since has been recalled. Toyota is currently at a 40% recall rate, that is worse than ANY other company including Yugo.What do you think of your toyota before the problems they had with their new cars?
I don't have a Camry, but I really want one. I like how they're fast and have decent mileage but don't sacrifice space or utility. I know half my family has them and they're all very happy with their Camrys.
