My 3L toyota hiace keeps on boiling and the water pump is not working. I have replaced the pump, Head and gaskets but all in vain. Radiator Surface is Clean %26amp; 90% of Fins are Straight for Max. Airflow? Radiator Hoses %26amp; Clamps could be damaged from Overheating so many Times.
