Any experts on Japan? Is Toyota Boshoku is owned by Toyota Motor or are they only part of the Toyota Group?

I see that they are part of the Toyota Group based on their website. The Toyota Group includes Toyota Motors, but I am curious if they are owned by Toyota Motors or if they are their own company??? Any help would be appreciated!!!Any experts on Japan? Is Toyota Boshoku is owned by Toyota Motor or are they only part of the Toyota Group?Looking at the japanese version of the homepage, they had a history list of Toyota Boshoku.

-First established in 1918

-Merged with Toyota Motors in 1943

-Separated from Toyota Motors and established as Minsei Spinning in 1950

-Renamed itself as Toyota Boshoku in 1967

-Merged with three companies, one in 2000, 2 more in 2004

-Changed name from 璞婄敯 to 銉堛儴銈?in 2004

So in all likeliness, althoug there would be Toyota people on the board of directors, Toyota Boshoku is an independent company, apart from Toyota Motors.Any experts on Japan? Is Toyota Boshoku is owned by Toyota Motor or are they only part of the Toyota Group?Toyota Boshoka ia a corparation that falls under the Toyota Group. The following is copied from Wikipedia.

Development of automotive interior systems; manufacture and sales of automotive interior products

Manufacture and sales of automotive filters and powertrain components

Manufacture and sales of other automotive components

Production and sales of fabric goods.

They are a separate corporation how ever they jointly work together under the Toyota name
