What is this red light in 96 toyota paseo?

I have a 96 toyota paseo that I just bought. On the window it sas protected by black widow security. I see a red light that is built into the clock consolde on the dash. 脜nyone know what that is?What is this red light in 96 toyota paseo?the red light mounted on the console is for the security system. i would remove the security system b/c i don't like aftermarket parts and i've seen those sec. sys. go bad before.What is this red light in 96 toyota paseo?most likely an alarm system has been added to your vehicle you should disconnect it so you wont get stuck some where when it fails ..or have some one who is qualified to remove it
