Looking to purchase a car, but want to know what is the different between Toyota Echo %26amp; camry? Which one is better? What are the different? It's a compact, or eco-box. Great for city commuting if you're single or married with no kids. Not a huge amount of room, but not horrible. Camry is Toyota flagship sedan. Much more luxurious and roomy and comfy, nicer and more respectable as well. Also a bigger engine, less gas mileage and costs more, but has a higher resale value (Toyota Echo was a horrible seller).
