Toyota Camry 1998 turn light indicators turn off after blinking once or twice, how to repair ?

I own a Toyota Camry 1998 LE, 4DR Sedan and when I turn the turn-light indicators up or down for right or left the lights on the dash as well as the outside lights blink once or twice and stops.
