A good friend of mine had to have a part of his brain removed due to a cancerous tumor and now that he has had a partial lobotomy he wants to go buy a Toyota. All you have to do is shift into neutral if the accelerator gets stuck, it's no big deal.
The toyota is a good car and has a good ride quality so it should be ok for him to have. and the acelerator problem is nothing to really worry about.

Lobotomies do not normally affect intelligence or reasoning so the two are probably unrelated events. However, this is a good time to buy a Toyota, when the price has been artificially driven down by public panic.
