Our society loves to beat the dead horse like never before but at the same time we've got a short memory. So many people have forgotten about some of the terrible recalls their competitors have had over the last 10-20 years but to listen to the media lately you'd think they never even happened. If anything it will make them work even harder to keep their reputation of reliability but I'd still bet they'll suffer a lot at least this year and a good part of 2011.What do you think are the economic implications of Toyota's announcement of millions of their vehicles?It will probably help the sales of competitors, especially Honda. It may even help the American companies, especially Ford.
