How high should my RPMs go on my 2003 Toyota Camry when I'm accelerating from a stop?

It usually hits 3,000ish RPM when I acclerate mid throttle from a stop but my friend who drives a 1999 Toyota Camry usually hits 4,000-5,000 RPMs on acceleration. So how high is best for the engine so I'm not being too aggressive or too soft on the car?How high should my RPMs go on my 2003 Toyota Camry when I'm accelerating from a stop?3000 RPM''s is very sensible, normal and practical driving--the kind you would do to not overwork your engine. 4000 to 5000 is pushing it, and while it may not hurt the engine..it is running it harder than necessary to drive normally...anything higher than 5000 is just ridiculous. It would cost you much more gas, and wear your engine components out far sooner. So you are doing it just right! How high should my RPMs go on my 2003 Toyota Camry when I'm accelerating from a stop?
It shouldn't really matter as long as you aren't in the red. Of course you wouldn't want to spin your tires either, so don't go too hard. Your Camry probably has a different engine and transmission than the 1999, so it wouldn't be unusual for the rpm's to be different on the cars. How high should my RPMs go on my 2003 Toyota Camry when I'm accelerating from a stop?@3000 should your car revvs up to man

dude mine revvs up to 7000 RPM.....more rpm means POWER
