Should Toyota be held accountable for their malfunctioning product?

Here's my theory. Toyota may have made a malfunctioning product, but they are willing to fix it, you just have to ask them. Therefore, they can not be blamed for any of the bad things that happened to some unfortunate users of their product. Why would I say this? Because God makes a shi**y products too, but for some reason nobody wants to seem to hold him responsible, they just ask him for forgiveness as if he's Mr. Innocent. Why should we treat Toyota any differently than we treat "the creator"?Should Toyota be held accountable for their malfunctioning product?Of course not, fir Christ's Sake, the Japanese never were held accountable for killing thousands upon thousands of POW's during WW II.Should Toyota be held accountable for their malfunctioning product?
God didn't do this to us. Humans did this to us. God will fix it soon though. Just stay strong. :)Should Toyota be held accountable for their malfunctioning product? It's not logical to believe that Toyota isn't trustworthy. Why would a company want you to not use its products?
No, the government should bail them out.Should Toyota be held accountable for their malfunctioning product?Well, now that the news is out and that they are willing to fix it, anyone driving on a recalled product is doing so at their own risk, so from here on out Toyota would not be liable for injuries caused by their faulty product. They've done due diligence to prevent this from happening with tv, radio, and newspaper ads.

That being said, they *are* being held accountable since they have to provide the fix at their own expense.

Now regarding God, God did provide a fix for the problem as well, and that fix is Jesus Christ.Should Toyota be held accountable for their malfunctioning product?
So you'd rather blame God for giving us free will than take responsibility for your own actions and have each of us be held responsible for our own actions. Well that's a cop-out. I take responsibility for my own screw ups.
I don't think you understand how recalls work.

No, they are not responsible for the accidents that don't happen because they recalled and repaired their malfunctioning vehicles.

YES, they ARE responsible for the people who were injured because of their faulty products. If a company doesn't offer to recompense the injured, they will generally sue if the item WAS faulty.

This has nothing to do with gd. It has everything to do with human failures.Should Toyota be held accountable for their malfunctioning product?
In the first place they are wasting money on making robots. Who would buy robots.

My younger brother dislike Japanese people, and refuse to be friend with them, because they did horrible things in WW2. He tortures many Japanese girls.
