How do I change the wing mirror on my Toyota Starlet?

Some kind of car massacre has taken place down our street, with car parts strewn across the road. The passenger side wing mirror on my Toyota Starlet has been knocked off, the glass is fine but the plastic is completely broken and hanging off with wires exposed. I have a replacement wing mirror from the scrappers and am wondering if i can fit it myself? It is manually adjusted. Would really appreciate any advice, thanks :o)How do I change the wing mirror on my Toyota Starlet?Is installed from inside the door panel. so you have to remove the door panel to gain access. Not fun but a doable job if patient.
