Please help me out! Oh and is it still okay for me to drink flavored water instead of just water (i dont like the taste of regualr water)
Thanks! Oh and again any foods i should just try to stay away from that are not on this list?Out of these foods what are healthy?
You can eat fruits, salad bar, chicken bar, fruit roll ups, ice cream once a week, it is nutritious despite of its high rate of sugar...you can treat yourself to pizza once in a while.Out of these foods what are healthy?
Your best options are:
turkey, fruit, salad bar (dont add cheese or use too much dressing though!), water, flavored water (if its zero calorie), 2% milk
The pasta bar might be ok, but it depends what type of pasta, and what the sauces are made of, and if there are veggies that you can add to your pasta.
That is too bad taht your school has such terrible choices for eating healthy!
Good luck!
