How and where, do you add transmission fluid to a 2001 Toyota Tacoma?

I found a dipstick (not the engine oil stick)with a T-handle, but it's not labeled and it's on the passenger side - it says on the end of this stick "Dexron II. Is this the power steering fluid stick or the trans stick?

There is no reference in the owner's manual to trand fluid. Is that possible?
